Exmouth sea-front during road-closure and road works.
reportI been for a local walk, as part of exercise during the third lockdown, on Monday 18th January 2021, whilst parts of the main Esplanade road was closed to traffic, and some of the pavements were closed to pedestrians, due to sea-front improvement work.
