A waterlogged footpath between Manor Gardens leading the footpath behind the Exmouth Pavilion.
reportDuring the morning of Saturday 30th January 2021, I been along the footpath towards Manor Gardens/ Beacon Hill, from the footpath passing the Exmouth Pavilion/ Bath House. The wet weather caused a big puddle on the footpath. This was taken during my walk as part of my exercise with members of my household, during the lockdown 3.0.
